From the Trinidad culture to the calling of the Ocean, Keith considers Trinidad "home". Keith's mother and father were restaurant owners in Trinidad where Keith spent a lot of his time helping his family to grow within the Trinidad economy, which is mostly a petroleum-based economy. Although his love for Trinidad is true to the heart and he considers it his "home" the City of New York that also calls his name. The city life is irreplaceable in regards to the "aggressive" lifestyle. If you have any kind of drive and potential in you, this City provides you the opportunity to be all you can be career-wise. At a young age, Keith joined the United States Army. His time in the service took him all over the world including Fort Jackson, SC, Fort McClellan, AL, Germany, Korea, California, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Fort Hood, Texas where Keith has resided for the past few years. While stationed here at Fort Hood, Keith fell in love with the "Texas" way of life and with the area, so he decided to purchase his first home as a Veteran, and while this transaction transpired he instantly knew he had found his calling--Keith wanted to sell real estate. While still in the United States Army, Keith researched what it took to become a Realtor®. He then started taking all of the real estate courses, and as soon as his enlistment was completed, Keith hit the ground running and has not stopped since! Today, he is proud to share ownership of Elite Real Estate (independently owned and operated) with Charmaine Springett, his strong right hand. Keith's love for the business shows each and every day with the smile on his face and the passion he feels for "each and every" deal. “Once a client, ALWAYS a client!” is what he says ~ ALWAYS!

About Appraisals >The Language of Real Estate Agents
Technical terms can be confusing to people who do not work in a profession, and real estate agents use language that may be confusing to many home buyers and sellers.
If you find your eyes glazing over when your real estate agent starts talking about escrow, clear title, easements, encroachments, contingencies, financing, appraisals and the closing process, don't hesitate to ask for a translation. Buying or selling a home is a major step, and professional real estate agents are totally committed to helping you understand the process thoroughly so that you can make informed decisions.
The simple transaction of trading the sellers' house for the buyers' money has become complicated by several hundred years of custom, common law, and state and local government requirements. Consumer demands have resulted in up-to-date rules that communication be as clear and understandable as possible. Real estate agents work to create an atmosphere in which you feel comfortable to ask questions.
